- I missed the breakfast because I was not informed of the breakfast time, as done in other hotels where you are either informed at the reception or later called on phone to give you the information.

- Payment system. Had to pay 3 times with my card for same value. 1 of my payments still with the Hotel. They claim they didnt get my credit even though my account was debited. Help me retrieve please. Not good at all.
- Staff were not as friendly and helpful as they should be.
- The facility looks like its no longer being cared for, poor lighting in the rooms and bathrooms, very old towels, lack of proper cleaning in rooms and public areas, very poor breakfast (no bread of any kind for the 4 days I stayed), brown down elevator, lack of towels in the gym, etc

Not really satisfied I had to move to another hotel. Not sure I will stay there next time, wifi did not work, room was not clean and generally not satified
The location was very good; easy access to places of interest. The receptionist was friendly at check in
Two elevators in the property, one did not work throughout my stay; the stair cases were also locked off, so no alternatives in case of emergencies. The place badly needs painting The cleaning needs to be upgraded; the bar was dirty, the corridors were dirty and faded, the window blinds in my room had holes in them

The booking.com price was attractive. And yes, the water pressure is the best in Nigeria!!!
They are undergoing some renovations, so wasn't a particularly good time to visit. Also, most of the staff found it difficult to be cheerful. Wow!!

Location was Too isolated. The gym was under equipped. Breakfast options could be better.
